Mahmoud Samir Abd El-Halim Ahmed, P.E.

Mahmoud Samir Abd El-Halim Ahmed, P.E, P.Eng., M.Sc., GMICE,  has been working in the field of structural engineering since 2010. The majority of his work history has been in the field of steel structures - from the estimate stage, design, detailing, and fabrication until the erection of the building. However, he is also proficient in steel design, concrete design, steel detailing, concrete shop drawings, supervision of implementation of projects, construction estimating, method statements, cost control, and preparing finite elements models.

Mr. Abd El-Hamin has contributed to important projects in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA Region), such as Cairo Festival City, IKEA Mall-Cairo Branch, Mall of Egypt, King Abdullah Civic Center in KSA, and many other projects.

He earned his BS in Civil Engineering in 2010 from Cairo University. He also has an M.Sc. in Structural Engineering from Cairo University in 2017. He is a licensed professional engineer in Kentucky, and he is also registered in the Manitoba Province of Canada. He is a graduate member of the Institute of Civil Engineering and the Institute of Structural Engineering, both in the United Kingdom.
