A well-structured project schedule is critical for delivering engineering work on time and within defined technical parameters. This session equips engineering professionals with foundational skills in scheduling and project initiation through effective kick-off meetings.

Participants will learn to develop both static and dynamic project schedules by analyzing task dependencies, estimating durations, and applying critical path methodology. The session also introduces the use of Project Network Diagrams (PNDs) to visually represent the sequencing of work activities.

In addition to scheduling mechanics, attendees will gain strategies for planning and conducting project kick-off meetings, with an emphasis on aligning team members around project scope, deliverables, and milestones.
