Certificate Access Email Not Received

If it has been more than 48 hours since you attended a webinar and you’ve not yet received an email with certificate access information, please contact us using the form below. We will research the electronic attendance records and email you by the end of the next business day.

Please note that the following criteria are used to determine eligibility for a certificate of completion.

  • You must have registered in advance of the webinar and received a confirmation of the registration
  • You must have logged in using the email address you used to register for the webinar
  • Each person attending must do so on a separate webinar connection. We cannot support groups logging in from one connection
  • You must have attended the entire webinar presentation
