This course is designed to meet the 1 PDH Laws and Rules requirement for engineers as per the Nevada Administrative Code (NAC) Chapter 625: One [professional development] hour must be in the provisions of this chapter [NAC – chapter 625] and chapter 625 of NRS.

We will address relevant portions of NAC Chapter 625 and NRS Chapter 625, focusing on the most pertinent information for practicing engineers. The course omits certain rules related to qualifying for the PE exam and the application process for a PE license, ensuring a targeted approach to the essential legal and regulatory framework governing professional engineering in Nevada.

Specific Knowledge or Skill Obtained

This course teaches the following specific knowledge and skills:

  • Key terms as defined by the Nevada Administrative Code.
