Andrew Neely, Bernard Clement, and Jeron Hogan
Andrew Neely, P.Eng is a licensed professional engineer in the province of Ontario and holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from McMaster University. Andrew has been employed with Johnson Controls since 2011, where he is currently an Equipment Sales Manager. Andrew brings a refreshing perspective to the recent trends towards building decarbonization as he has been involved with various P3 (Public, private partnerships) and Sustainable Infrastructure projects throughout the US and Canada. Andrew currently resides in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.
Jeron Hogan is an Equipment Sales Manager at Johnson Controls, based in Las Vegas, Nevada. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. Since joining Johnson Controls in 2017, Jeron has held various sales roles and supports Johnson Controls Agents for the West Coast. Jeron has provided HVAC design expertise, design assistance across various projects including but not limited to sports arenas, central plant renovations and optimizations and district wide cooling plants.
Bernard Clement is among the world’s experts in global HVAC strategy, having lived in, learned, and worked on three continents (North America, Europe, APAC), across his 25+ year career at Johnson Controls. Bernard’s areas of expertise include market strategy, new product launches, sales enablement, and advanced HVAC applications involving new technologies. Bernard has a Master’s of Science equivalent from a leading Engineering school in France, Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Arts & Métiers - Paris Tech; as well as an MBA in Finance from Marquette University. Bernard is a member of the International Code Council Pandemic Task Force, the American Conference of Governmental Industrial Hygienists (ACGIH), the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) and the American Society for Healthcare Engineers (ASHE).
