George Simonoff, CMRP

George Simonoff, CMRP, is an engineer with over 30 years of experience in various technical leadership roles in manufacturing. His background includes shop floor reliability and processes, continuous improvement across all aspects of manufacturing, and executive strategy deployment. He is a manufacturing expert and hands-on engineer with extensive experience across multiple industries.

Mr. Simonoff is a Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP), with proven success in improving and implementing operational workflows, capital delivery processes, and technical and operator skills programs. He has supported a wide range of organizations, from startups to multinational corporations.

He is also a contributor to the development of standards and educational resources for both the Society of Maintenance and Reliability Professionals (SMRP) and the national Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP).

Mr. Simonoff holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Youngstown State University. A published author and speaker at international industry and education conferences, he has earned recognition for his impactful results and contributions. He currently advances operations, engineering, and reliability efforts across industries as an independent consultant.
