Michael Jacob Lunday, P.E., is an accomplished engineering and operations leader with over 15 years of industrial experience, serving in pivotal leadership roles across Fortune 500 companies and high-growth, middle-market firms. His distinguished career includes positions such as Global Vice President of Engineering, Director of Manufacturing Engineering, Co-Founder and Board Member, and Project Management Executive. Renowned for his strategic vision and operational expertise, Jake has consistently led teams to deliver transformative results for shareholders.

Throughout his career, Jake has spearheaded large-scale capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects and new product initiatives, overseeing the successful execution of both brownfield and greenfield facility construction. As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), he has managed capital portfolios exceeding $350 million, driving efficiency and innovation. A Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB), Jake has implemented Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programs at multiple Fortune 500 companies, achieving sustainable operational improvements.

In addition to his corporate achievements, Jake serves as an Engineering Duty Officer in the United States Navy Reserve, exemplifying his commitment to leadership and service.
