Peter Brooks, P.E.
Peter Brooks, P.E., is a highly experienced Professional Engineer with over 30 years of expertise in designing and managing water, wastewater, groundwater, and stormwater systems. As the founder and leader of multiple engineering firms, Peter has pioneered innovative approaches to decentralized wastewater treatment and public water system design.
A licensed Professional Engineer in Virginia and North Carolina, Peter holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering from Northeastern University and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Mathematics from Franklin Pierce College, where he graduated cum laude. He has authored several accredited professional engineering courses and served in key roles, including Principal Engineer, Senior Project Manager, and Technical Services Chief at the Virginia Department of Health.
Peter is dedicated to advancing sustainable engineering solutions and continues to consult on critical environmental projects with SES Mid-Atlantic, LLC.
