Swapan Datta, P.E.

Swapan Datta, P.E., is a Mechanical Engineer with expertise in the field of design and engineering of Thermal power plants operating on fossil fuels, Solar Plants, Combined cycle plants and combined heat and power (CHP) plants/cogeneration plants. He is a leader of design and engineering of thermal power plants installed in USA and abroad, in places such as Vietnam, India, etc.

Mr. Datta has worked in Consulting Engineering firms like Burns and Roe Inc. (presently Power Engineers), the Kuljian Corporation in USA, and Development Consultants Ltd, in India. He was deputed as a Power Plant engineering expert to Kawasaki Heavy Industries in Kobe, Japan and Hanwa Engineering & Construction in Seoul, South Korea.

Mr. Datta is a registered Professional Engineer in the states of Delaware and New Jersey.
