Very interesting survey course on the hazards of ammonium nitrate. Could have added some additional chemistry discussion on the specific science of how ammonium nitrate is ignited. Also, what would be recommended safe practices. Also, more info on the differences between deflagration and detonation.

I was familiar with some but not all of the incidents, but I found it useful to have them all laid out in place as a comparison, along with the summary at the end explaining which were the major causes and factors.
