should have included a high-level discussion of qual and quan analysis of FTs. This would be useful for the practitioner and would likely increase interest in taking those courses.

Good course on fault trees.

My only complaint with this course is that the essentially related material on qualitative and quantitative analysis of fault trees in detail is not included in the course. The author says that they are to be posted in separate courses, but I cannot find any such courses on the site as of April 2018, despite the course preparatory materials being dated 2012.

Presentation is a little dry, but information is well developed.

Very detailed, almost too detailed. Would have enjoyed more theory on fault tree analysis and why and where it is used.

Not bad overview. Some numerical probability of TOP event examples would be good to add.

Very well structured and presented course. Exemplary precision, consistency and clarity in all explanations, figures and examples. Best course materials of 10 PDHengineer courses I took. It's a pity that the natural follow up course of Fault Tree Analysis is not yet available -- Note: this course is Fault Tree Construction only!
Nevertheless highly recommended.
