This is a comprehensive presentation of soil classifications which was understandable for someone like myself w/o soils training. There are a few misc items that should be better explained (e.g. "L" and "H" for plasticity - not clearly stated and left some questions; how soil with the same plasticity index can be either L or H; what the "U" line represents in the Plasticity chart, how a sample of high plasticity soil can pass thru a sieve) but even being able to ask these questions show how much info is imparted in the course. It provides enough knowledge that soil discussions will now be much more meaningful.
